Leah's Adoption Fund
After being adopted by a loving family Leah's biological father is trying to gain custody and take her from the only family she knows and loves. They are struggling financially and could use any help to keep her where she needs to be!
Christmas for the Dodd Family
I was truely touched by this story and knew I had to get invovled and help in anyway I could!
Dustin was diagnosed with brain cancer Glioblastoma (it is the most common most aggressive most lethal form of a brain cancer) The diagnosis took place Monday October 22, 2012. After receiving this devastating news Dustin was scheduled for surgery to remove the 6cm X 6cm mass the next day at the University of Utah. He has an amazing wife Aimee and 6 sweet kids, 3 girls and 3 boys ranging in ages from 4-9.
As of right now Dustin is still at the University of Utah hospital. Aimee is by his side at all times, when Dustin becomes alert he will reach for Aimee.
Finances are rough at this time Dustin has missed a lot of work prior to this diagnosis, he was very ill. Bills are quickly stacking up as well as shut off notices, the holidays are right around the corner and with 6 kids that is difficult without the added stress. Gas is expensive to and from the Hospital.
HOW TO DONATE.
We have set up a charitable account for the Dodd Family at America First Credit Union. You can go to any of America First's Branches and donate to Dustin Dodd's charitable account. ANYTHING helps! Donations will continue to be accepted via Aimee's PayPal account, booking@photographybyaim.com, for those of you that want to donate but are not near an America First.
Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated. Along with financial donations, their family could also use groceries for their home in Eagle Mountain, babysitting relief for Aimee's mom who is currently tending to the children, house cleaning, meals, etc.

More on the Family with 9 children
CALL TO ARMS!!!
via Michael Mathie-
Ok my little army. We have received so much out pouring of support. I can't thank you enough. I went over today to meet our sweet family and see for myself their needs. I was brought to tears. We have been able to aquire the clothes and toys we need for the kids to have a wonderful Christmas. I was humbled to see that there was nothing in the house. We are looking for a few things to give them a boost to get a new start in life. If you would still like to help we still have items we would love to give them. They do not have a dresser in the entire house. No silverware and there was nothing in the fridge or pantry. If you can help provide any of these please let me know.

Miracle in the making... Family of 9
This email is about the family with 9 children. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! We need a miracle here people, so please do anything you can to help! Donate items or money! We will be so appreciative of anything you can contribute. Thank you so much & Merry Christmas!
Hey guys, I was totally humbled to talk with this lady and hear the things she thought the kids wanted. It was nothing more than the necessities. I had to drag out of her the gifts for the kids. She kept saying that it was too much. That if we could just get them clothes that that was enough. Finally when she starting telling me the "extras" for the kids, it was for items like socks and cologne. I over heard the 14 kid get so excited to tell her that he would want skinny jeans. I know this is a big family. They have been homeless for quite some time and I am certain they have nothing in the home. I am trying to see if they have a tree. Dave mentioned about getting food for them, I will call and see the kind of food they like. Also Tyler said we should maybe get the couple something special for just them. The mother was too embarrassed to give me her size and said that her Christmas gift would be just having the kids get stuff. Wow, I get teary eyed every time I even think of that comment. I am very excited to help with this family. Mallory I was thinking that with the money you have raised, maybe we want to wait till the purchased gifts come in this weekend and then we can get what is missing with that money. I know some people want to just buy a gift and others might want to take a care of a kid completely. Lets just make sure they put in in a bag with the receipt in case we get the same thing.
This is what I was able to get from Evangelina. We are going to need to keep in close contact with each other to maximize our efforts. You guys are amazing. this couldn't have happened without you guys.

Family of 9
I have received word of another family in need! Please help out if you can! Click on the Donate link on the right side of my blog if you would like to help this family!! Thankful for even the smallest amount! Lets help them have a Christmas.
This is a call to arms my friends. I was just called my my dearest friend about a family with 9 kids who truly are going without Christmas this year. I need as many helpers and I can to give them a Christmas to remember. One of the 9 kids is autistic so they have many challenges already. If you can help out with even a small gift, please let me know. I know we are all struggling, so I figure if we all can pitch in together than it won't be too much for anyone individually. Thanks everyone. -Michael Mathie
