My family and I went to a movie Christmas day. As I was standing in line in the concessions I began to feel bad for those employees who had to leave their families on Christmas day to work, just so that we could enjoy a movie with our families! I know how it is to work on holidays and I have been the recipient of many others generosities because of that, so I decided to pay it forward and tip this sweet girl that had helped us get our popcorn. She was surprised and I was happy to bring a little excitement to her work day. She was cheerful and happy and that made me feel good about doing what I had done.

Instead of packages, ribbons, and bows, lets wrap Christmas up with LOVE and SERVICE to others! Please help me by completing an act of service to someone in need. Involve family, friends, school, and church groups. Email or mail me your service stories or any ideas on how to serve and I will post them to my blog. Can't wait to hear from you and add your story to mine! LOVE YOU ALL!!!
