For our service this year my daughters, husband, and I were able to tie a big fleece blanket for a boy in our ward who went mostly blind from a brain tumor. He has recently been suffering from seizures as a result. We wanted him to know that we are thinking of him at this time and wanted him to be comforted. It was delivered anonymously. We wanted to do a service this year for someone we knew to make it more personal for the kids.
